credit reports
jonnajacks asked:

I’ve checked Experian, TransUnion, and Equifax’s websites and I can’t find exactly what I’m looking for. We want our Realtor members to have the ability to access clients’ credit reports (with the client’s permission) to help them better aid their clients in the home buying process. If anyone knows of a company/product/service that can help with this, please let me know. Thanks for any help you can offer!

Just look under “credit screening” or maybe “credit reporting” in your yellow pages. There are companies that take applications (must be signed by applicant will al valid info and state that applicant gives permission to have their credit run), pull the credit off from one of the bureaus, and then send it to you (some even work over the internet). It will cost $30 per applicant, or so.

There are many online websites that provide that service. Do a search and I am sure you will find them.

Jordan G. is right. But you can also have them pull their own & the inquiry doesn’t hurt them on their score or show up as an inquiry at all.

    National Tenant Network
    Onsite.com

But, be prepared to fill out 40 pages of paperwork, have a rep. come to your office for an interview, etc…It does not happen over-night…
