By federal law, you can get your “credit report” once every year for free; the website is.
With regards to fico score, i would go to myfico.com, i think there is a option for $6, and you can get your score
Girly is right at you can use the free trial to only get your Equifax score for free on their 30 day trial (you get a score and a report) but you have to pay for the others which is about 15.95 if you dont sign up for one of their programs) You can use scorewatch for 30 days and then you can get 2 free scores and reports during this time afterwards its 8.95 a month.
there’s tons of others…just type it in a search engine
here are the best reviews of the best credit reports ever.
The blue boxes have much more info!
good luck
Genuine FICO credit scores are not free. They cost about 15.95 per report for each individual credit reporting agency, Transunion, Experian and Equifax.
You can purchase all three for about 48.00. BUT!! they’re having a 25% off sale right now, so if you want FICO scores now’s the time to get them.
You can sign up for a credit monitoring system. This monitors your credit report(s) for any new activity. The activity is what affects your scores.
I use truecredit.com and they monitor all three for 14.95 a month. I don’t trust their scoring system, because it is not genuine FICO scores.
What happens when you sign up with truecredit:
They immediately check all three reports, and you can see what’s in these reports.
They give you their “score” for all three.
Then, they monitor daily for new activity and email you if something that could change your score happens on any of the three reports!
I am sure there are other credit monitoring systems out there.
Check them all out and see just how much they monitor, and compare prices.
FICO offers scorewatch. They monitor Equifax. They check Equifax for changes. I believe they will also monitor Transunion, but not Experian, for additional money.
If you just want to see your scores, check “FICO Standard”.
I hope this helps.
