Go to. You can get all three reports for no cost at least once a year. It does not, however, give you your score…at least it didn’t last year.
It also isn’t one of those where you get them free but have to sign up for a “trial” service - it is just plain free.

Re-post: Why is this score thing so important? I see it every day on Yahoo Answers. There seems to be a pervasive and obsessive need to always know ones score, as if it’s the bathroom scale of wealth. (and apparently people are willing to pay to know the info?)
Do this: live within your means, have a budget for your income, save more than 10% each month, live frugally, buy used cars for cash, always pay cash for everything, never bounce a check, have an overdraft, a late charge, or a late payment.

I have bought 3 homes and never known my scores.
These people are obsessed.
What is important is knowing how to keep your reports in pristine condition. Knowing how to make top scores and doing it.
Considering major mortgage companies do not even go by the scores, this seems like an insane waste of money.
Mortgage companies look at your reports in detail and make their own decisions. /
