I am with someone who has parents who rule his life but I feel that some of the things they do are illegal. He is 27 years old, his parents access his credit report without his knowledge and react on things without him knowing. The reason I am saying this now is because he signed on my car and his parents got into his credit report and saw this on there. Now they are demanding that he take his name off the car and me lose my car that I worked so hard for. Is there anything I can do on my part? How do I know if they accessed my credit report too? Can’t they get into trouble for this? Please help!
I have been dealing with problems with his parents for a while now. I found out that his dad is making me pay rent so he can have a tax write off. My boyfriend owns the house, there is no rent. How do I know then if they accessed my credit report, I had a lock on it a while ago but I do not always get contacted when there is an inquiry. He needs to grow up and stand up to them once and for all. I am also putting all my belongings into storage because his mother came over and started rooting thru my things and throwing things away without my knowledge too.
