I am trying to see if a debt im being sued on has been passed the SOL which is 3 years in MD i got a credit report and on it is says the account was in good standing until Jun 07 but im certain that i stopped paying it since sometime in 06 when i lost my job i have no proof since i don’t have any receipts left from constant moving but what can i do to find this out?
