credit reports
Mami21 asked:

I was wondering when people check your credit if they consider medical bills from emergency rooms as debt? Or do they disregard that when considering you for a loan, purchasing a car, or house, etc.

they consider that debt. If unpaid or delinquent it will cause you to be denied for a loan.

Yes, they consider it. They will not disregard it, especially if it in collections.

Medical debt won’t immediately show up on your credit report. It will only get reported if you let it go past due and it makes its way to a collection agency.
