Question by Huntsman: Does it make any difference on credit reports if you never activate a credit card?
Last week I utilized and got a Sears card am to get $ 15 off an item.I expect the charge to come in the mail in a couple of weeks for about $ 100 and I will pay it in fully.I just got this credit card in the mail.I do not intend to activate this card. (never plan to use it for the rest of my life)How will this show up on the credit reports?It will still show the account as open right?

it won’tit is not active until you activate it, therefore it is not on any reports
